¥Robert A. Haney, CEO – Rob provides over two decades experience in construction, development and brokerage services. Rob started his career in the Vail Valley of Colorado where he successfully developed over 200 residences, then relocated to the Carolinas in 2004, developing an additional 100+ properties. He founded Terranova in 2007, as a development, construction management, and consulting business with a focus high-end residential and luxury resort properties. Terranova Redevelopment Co. was formed in 2008, to address the needs of the growing distressed asset market.

Douglas L. Wall, Director of Operations - Doug manages development, construction and maintenance services for OREO portfolios under TRC management, and is responsible for the operations management of all aspects of the TRC service offering. He has over 15 years experience in operational management in construction, development, and resort industries.

William Pouch, Director of Asset Management - Will is responsible for management of OREO assets including the evaluation of sales strategies and the TRC national sales agent network. He has 25 years experience in sales and marketing management in residential and resort markets.

Richard E. Parvey, Director of Land Development - Richard joined TRC in January 2010, Richard brings over 25 years of experience in residential construction, land acquisition and development to TRC. He has been directly responsible for the development of over 1,500 residential lots. Mr. Parvey was one of the original builders of Seaside, Florida and has developed on the Florida Gulf Coast, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
